Co-Facilitation is the experiential process that underlies a variety of partnerships — such as co-presenting, co-coaching and co-leading — where the power of the pair is greater than the sum of the individuals. Approach

Throughout the three-day course, you will work with a primary partner as well as a wide variety of other individuals to practice skills, concepts, and tools. You will be working in pairs to present to small- and medium-sized groups of other participants. You will receive feedback on how the diverse pairings you are part of have incorporated the material we will be presenting.

Our intention with this program is to empower your relationship as co-facilitators. We will focus on the third entity of the relationship that exists in pairs of coaches, facilitators and allied professionals who wish to leverage their unique relationship to deliver their message.

We believe you will find this to be the opportunity for you to integrate a new paradigm of viewing and leveraging relationship systems that will have application to the presenting work you do in partnership as well as individually.

Jim Patterson and Lori Shook, well known trainers of course leaders, designed this workshop in consultation and collaboration with Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon. Their dreaming resulted in this offering where Relationship Systems Work™ meets Co-Facilitation to yield another powerful learning model powered by ORSC. Each brings unique gifts as coaches, facilitators, curriculum designers and practitioners. All of them are faculty for CRR in presenting the ORSC curriculum.

Marita and Faith, co-owners of CRR, are the authors of the ground-breaking ORSC model and training program offered through the Center for Right Relationship. Both have a deep background in OD consulting and clinical work and have co-facilitated trainings internationally for the last 16 years.

Jim and Lori both have the gift of being able to design, implement and supervise programs that tap into the unique magic and dance of co-leaders and individuals alike. Between them they have decades of experience in coaching and delivering training programs in a variety of global organizations.
